Step 1: Cover bottom of sauce pan with one layer of eggs. Cover them with one inch of cold water. Step 2: Bring the water to a boil, cover with a lid and remove from heat; let stand for 20 minutes. Step 3: Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water and leave until completely cool.
