Two posts in one day…this is weird.

So, yesterday two of my sisters-in-law and I went thriftstore hopping/shopping in downtown Olympia.  These are our before photos.  It was pretty fun.  Even more so in fact, due to the flasks pictured, I’m sure.  Although there was no way I could have predicted how difficult it would be to remember to swig while feverishly digging through piles of junk in an attempt to keep up with Hayla.  Whatever buzz we neglected to achieve with the flasks; however, was quickly made up for with a round of tequila shots with lunch.  Nothing like shooting tequila at noon!  (Don’t worry, the boys took care of the driving.)  Anywho, I scored a sweet Obama picture (that is already framed and on the wall), a necklace, a Couroc tray, some vintage valentines, and a big jar-o-buttons to build up my stash.  Some are totally old, not sure how old though because I’m not sure when you could get four wooden toggles for 49 cents…  (Those are cute little blue birdies down there too.)  I also used some really cute white hearts and pink hearts from the jar to make my valentine cards.
